International Shipping Page

Please allow 1 – 5 business days for processing. When your order is shipped out, an e-mail is sent to you. We use Canada Post to ship all of our packages and, once the package reaches the destination country, the local postal service takes over for delivery.

We offer Xpresspost International shipping service to all destinations listed on our Where We Ship To page plus some countries have an additional service offered (Tracked Packet International).

Xpresspost shipping prices vary. To find out the shipping price for your country, please add an item to your cart and click on “View Cart”. In the cart, please click on the words “Calculate Shipping & Handling” and select your country.

To all countries on our “Where We Ship To” list:

Xpresspost International (4 – 7 business days):

  • Tracking available
  • Coverage for loss or damage up to $100 (does not include glass items)
  • Orders over 500 g will be charged the actual shipping cost (an "overweight fee" above the base shipping cost will be charged, an e-mail will be sent and the charge will be put through upon approval)

An extra service for these countries: Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.:

Tracked Packet International (6 - 10 business days):

  • Tracking available
  • Coverage for loss or damage up to $100 (does not include glass items)
  • Orders over 500 g will be charged the actual shipping cost (an "overweight fee" above the base shipping cost will be charged, an e-mail will be sent and the charge will be put through upon approval)

International shipping options and prices vary. To find out the shipping price for your country, please add an item to your cart and click on “View Cart”. In the cart, please click on the words “Calculate Shipping & Handling” and select your country.

 

Countries that are not listed on our "Where We Ship To" page will be shipped via International Parcel Air (as the Xpresspost service is not available in that country). This service does come with a tracking number but there is no guaranteed delivery and delivery may take 15 to 20 business days to arrive (at minimum). There is a $100 maximum coverage per package (if the package is lost or damaged).

**Please note delivery times do not include any delays due to Customs (which may take a few days or more).

**Please note that any package returned to us because the package could not clear Customs (due to items that are prohibited to import, etc) or was undeliverable as addressed (and returned to us due to this) will be charged for the return shipping cost.

**Please note that we (Finlandia Pharmacy) are not responsible for any fees/taxes/duties, etc that are charged by Customs in your country.  

**Please check to ensure that the products you are purchasing are allowed to be imported by your country's Customs. As we ship packages around the world, it is not feasible to keep track of all Customs requirements for importing packages into different countries. We are not responsible for products prohibited by Customs in your country.
