Order & Shipping Help


Due to the high volume of orders, items on average take 1 – 5 business days for processing.


Please note that some items are special order items and may take up to 3 weeks to be in stock.

Special order products are products that are not carried in the store and must be ordered from our suppliers. Supplier ordering schedules vary (i.e 1 supplier may be ordered every week while a different supplier may be ordered every two weeks) as do the supplier shipping times (after we place the order, how long the products take to arrive in store).
If an order contains a "SPECIAL ORDER" product, the order will not be shipped out until the order is complete (an additional shipping fee can be paid to have a partial order sent while waiting for the "SPECIAL ORDER" product). Please e-mail or call us with additional questions.
While we strive to maintain accurate product listings, some products have not been listed as "SPECIAL ORDER" products that are not in stock. We apologize for this inconvenience as we continue to update our product listings.


There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the subtotal of the order or a $10 minimum for orders with a subtotal less than $100 (no cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped).

We will accept returns on most unopened merchandise within thirty (30) days from the shipping date of your order, please call us to confirm. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise. We do not accept returns on BioCera products, Santevia products, Litebook Elite, all probiotic products.
In the case of damaged or defective products, we will exchange the product.
We CAN NOT accept returns on prescription medication, for any reason.


Canadian and U.S customers with orders subtotaling $99 and over receive FREE Regular (U.S.) or Expedited (CA) Shipping.

Orders weighing over 1 kg (including packaging) or 500 g for international orders, will be charged the actual shipping cost. (For more information, please contact shipping at: shipping@finlandiahealth.com or call us at 1.866.872.0989)

It is highly recommended to choose the Express Post shipping option when purchasing probiotics.

Delivery days do not include weekends and statutory holidays. When you place your order on a weekend or statutory holidays, it will be counted as originating on the following business day.

All orders placed on the weekend and or statutory holiday will be processed on the following business day.

*Please note that estimated delivery times apply only to major urban centres. Delivery times to rural areas will vary.

**For customer security:
Customers placing Orders totalling over $300 may be asked to provide photo identification to match the credit card information. We will send an e-mail requesting a fax or a scan to e-mail of the credit card and matching photo identification. Customers failing to provide this information will have their orders cancelled and refunded, a processing fee will apply.**


If you have prescription items in your order, you have three shipping options: Small Packet Air, Tracked Packet or Xpresspost.


*Delivery days may not include weekends and statutory holidays.

*Shipping time does not include any possible delay at your country’s customs.

*All additional charges and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
